Aa999bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

📋 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User") and aa999bet (hereinafter "Platform" or "aa999bet"). By accessing, registering for, or using any feature of aa999bet — including Sports Betting, casino games, bonuses, or support services — you confirm that you have read this document in full and agree to all the conditions set forth herein.

Aa999bet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification at least 7 business days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

🔞 2. Eligibility

To create an account and use aa999bet's services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or have legal authorization to use online betting platforms in the country;
• Hold a valid and active CPF registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Not appear on any credit restriction lists or betting prohibition lists by court or administrative order;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of any aa999bet staff.

Aa999bet may request proof of identity and residence at any time to verify a User's eligibility. Accounts created by ineligible users may be closed and balances suspended pending the outcome of an internal review.

👤 3. Registration & Account

3.1 Account Creation

Registration at aa999bet is free and requires a valid CPF, an active email address, and a password. All information provided must be accurate and up to date. aa999bet is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect details submitted by the User at registration or in subsequent updates.

3.2 Single Account

Only one account per CPF is permitted at aa999bet. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with balances potentially withheld for review.

3.3 Account Security

The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their password and for all activity carried out on their account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, available in the aa999bet security settings. If you notice any suspicious or unauthorized access, contact support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To process withdrawals above certain amounts or in cases where fraud is suspected, aa999bet may request identity documents such as a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or passport, along with proof of address. Failure to submit the requested documents may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

💳 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Aa999bet accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in BRL:

• Pix — instant credit, available 24 hours a day;
• Boleto bancário — funds credited within up to 1 business day after payment confirmation;
• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo);
• Mercado Pago and PicPay;
• TED bank transfer via major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum, but deposits above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional compliance checks.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Processing time is up to 5 minutes for all users, with even faster processing for VIP Program members at the Gold and Diamond levels.

4.3 Withdrawal Request Deadline

Winnings from bets become available for withdrawal immediately after the event is settled. Bonus winnings are only available for withdrawal once the full rollover requirements of the corresponding promotion have been met. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the aa999bet system, at which point the User receives a ticket receipt with the bet number. Bets in progress cannot be modified, canceled, or withdrawn by the User, except when the Cash Out feature is available and active for that specific event.

5.2 Odds & Changes

The odds displayed on aa999bet reflect the value at the time the bet is confirmed. Any changes occurring after confirmation do not affect the registered bet slip. In cases where odds are published due to a clear technical error — values obviously outside normal market range — aa999bet reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the amount to the User's balance, without paying any associated winnings.

5.3 Live Betting

Live betting at aa999bet covers major football events (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and more. Live odds update in real time and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments such as goals, red cards, or penalties.

5.4 Results & Settlement

Bet settlement is based on the official result published by the relevant competition's governing body. In the event of conflicting sources, aa999bet awaits official confirmation before processing payments. Bets on events that are canceled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or permanently suspended are canceled and the amounts refunded.

5.5 Accumulator Bet

Parlay bets (multiples) multiply the odds of each selection, increasing the potential return. For a parlay to win, every selection must be correct. If one event in a parlay is canceled, the ticket is reduced to the remaining selections and the odds are recalculated accordingly.

🎁 6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The aa999bet welcome bonus grants 100% of the first deposit amount as bonus credit, up to R$ 500.00. To unlock withdrawal of the bonus and any winnings generated from it, the User must complete a rollover of 10 times the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection, within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each User is entitled to each bonus once only, linked to the registered CPF;
• Bets that end in a draw or are cancelled do not count toward the rollover requirement;
• Unused bonuses that expire within the stipulated timeframe are automatically removed from the balance;
• Aa999bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion, with prior notice to affected users;
• Fraudulent use of bonuses — including placing bets on all outcomes of the same event — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account potentially being closed.

6.3 VIP Program

The aa999bet VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — featuring automatic weekly cashback, monthly bonuses, and progressive rewards. Casino game losses are final once each round or session is completed. Casino game results cannot be reversed at the User's request, except in proven cases of technical platform failure duly recorded in the system logs.

The User agrees to use aa999bet exclusively for personal entertainment purposes, in compliance with applicable Brazilian law. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage on bonuses or promotions;
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Placing coordinated bets with third parties to systematically exploit bonuses (bonus abuse);
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, reverse-engineer its systems, or compromise platform security;
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
• Sharing login credentials with third parties or using another user's account.

Identified violations result in immediate account closure, retention of balances for internal review, and, where applicable, notification of the relevant authorities.

🔐 9. Privacy & Data Protection

Aa999bet collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected is used solely for platform operations, compliance with legal obligations, and improving the user experience.

📌 10. Limitation of Liability

Aa999bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform, which are the User's sole responsibility;
• Internet connection failures on the user's device that cause issues during live betting;
• Decisions by sports governing bodies that alter results after bets have been settled, unless an official communication is issued within the established deadline;
• Indirect damages, loss of anticipated profits, or moral damages arising from use of the platform;
• Unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from the voluntary or involuntary sharing of credentials by the User themselves.

Aa999bet is committed to maintaining platform availability at a minimum uptime of 99%, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service during scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance) or force majeure events.

🚪 11. Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the User

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via the support chat. The closure will be processed after all open bets are settled and any pending withdrawals are completed. Any remaining balance will be returned via Pix to the account holder's CPF key.

11.2 Closure by aa999bet

Aa999bet may close or temporarily suspend a User's account in the following situations: breach of conduct terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, creation of multiple accounts, or any behavior that compromises the integrity of the platform or other users.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who notice signs of problem gambling behavior may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. ⚖️ 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados — Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the digital entertainment and sports betting sector in Brazil.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of the district of São Paulo – SP are hereby designated as the exclusive jurisdiction for settling any conflicts arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
